Blue Smoke Salsa's Medium recipe builds on the signature sweetness of Vidalia onions with the added kick of jalapeño peppers. It brings more heat than our Mild, but keeps the same balanced flavor that made the brand an Appalachian favorite.

The slightly chunky texture makes it perfect for chips and dip, while the added heat holds its own on burgers, baked potatoes, or stirred into a pot of chili.

Made in small batches in West Virginia, following the original recipe and standards that began in a Fayette County basement in 1993.
