Blue Smoke Salsa's Mild recipe brings all the signature sweetness from Vidalia onions and the savory depth the brand is known for. 

The slightly chunky texture makes it perfect for chips and dip, but it’s perfect for taco night, folded into scrambled eggs, or spooned over grilled chicken.

Like all of our salsas, it's made in small batches in West Virginia, using the original recipe that started in a Fayette County basement in 1993.
