This one came from the sampling table. At a spring festival in Fort Mill, South Carolina, we watched person after person do the same thing without being told to — a spoonful of our Peach and a spoonful of our Hot Salsas, both on the same chip. They'd found something we hadn't put on a label yet. So we packed it.

Peach brings juicy peaches over the signature sweetness of Vidalia onions, bright without being sugary. Hot leans into the jalapeños for a steady, lingering heat that builds without overpowering the flavor. Apart, they're our two best sellers in the Carolinas. Together, the sweet cools the burn just long enough to make you go back for another chip.
